The Ash & Steel Digging Spade has been constructed with both strength and durability in mind. It is full sized, which can really save your back when turning over the soil thanks to the length of the shaft, plus the natural ash wood handle is comfortable to use with it's traditional Y-D handle design which has been vanished for protection against the elements for when you're working out in all weathers. It is ideal for use where a large patch of open ground needs digging or turning over - the large blade makes this an efficient operation, meaning it is even ideal for double digging, spading up the ground, preparing beds or moving soil and other loose material around.
